Weekly Report, Assemble!
So I must admit I became a little excited over the blog, although, no comments so far and no hate over my english, so it is either so bad that no one can make sense of it or it's so passable that it just enough to dodge the internet attention.
Marketing wise this is bad.
Anyway. Focus. Report.
Last week I threw around some info like "Day and Night Sistem", Combat Sistem" ("Sistem" means "System" BTW) and "porn" so this week we will dive a little further on a few of these game mechanics.
Day and Night 101:
If you have played any choicescript games you know that there are no graphics, and a day and night cycle have a somewhat lessened effect than a more graphic engine, so how the game is made better by having it?
Well the quick answer is: It depends.
Depends on what the designer is trying to achieve. If me, the designer, wants a linear experience just to tell a story I don't need that as a gameplay mechanic, I just put it as a aesthetic feature, I just write a scene:
"It is night as you ride the X train, once again, back to your home, the lights flicker from time to time, and the rhythmic sound of the rails have put you in a relaxed state of mind, suddenly you feel as a jolt of electricity, waking you up as someone touch you..."
And later move one to the next scene, no need for a mechanic that incite diversity in a linear experience.
What I'm looking for is different, I want to add replay-ability by simply going to the same places at different times of the day. some events will be day/time dependant but some, as a encounter in train, can happen any day at any time...

Fight Club: Fight for Freedom
Hello World!
Have you ever heard about Magma's game Fight Club? No?
Well it's a great game, that features some adult content... such as porn.
And if you are a degenerate pervert like me that IS good news!
To bad he drop it, but as fate would have it he gave it to "the internets" to do as they pleased, so I am picking it up and making it a little bit mine.
But wait, there is more!
To make the our tentacle overlord ever more pleased, I already know of two other versions being made RIGHT AS WE SPEAK!

Cool right? Fappers UNITE! and all that (this post just keep getting wierder)
So, you if you know the game and it's here to see what's what, let me show the ropes.
This is a semi-rewrite of the original Magma's work, some parts will remain unchanged, some will have added content, and some will be Daemonhany originals (yeah).
I will keep the same cenario and initial plots ( Drunken Cowboy, The Anvil, the club and i can't remember the name) I will almost dismiss a pure revenge plot, your goal is to become the champion. As Domina is the main antagonist and doesn't want you to become the champion, ignoring her it will be... ill advised... So you will have to "go after her" to discover a defense against her powers.
"Yeah yeah... I've see this before... lots of words and no porn..."
Yes, I have indeed come to the internet without bearing gifts... how shameful of me...
But here is a little list of NEW and SHINY things added to the game!
1) The Fighter will finaly have a NAME, a name that you will choose and more.
2) A rudimentary Charater Builder (done and tested) with Name, Last Name, Body Type, Hair Color (very like the Corruption of Champions) and 5 character statistics (with new stuff like Charisma)
3) It will have a Combat Sistem (which is 90% done and buggy at times) (which is much like D&D but no quite)
4) A more in depth style mechanics with tree levels and diferent skills! (designed, but not coded, as the Combat Sistem is not done and I want to fix something before I can break it again.)
5) A day/night sistem (designed and coded \o/)
6) And as random as encounters can be made in choice script (I THINK about this every day and it's very doable in choice script but it will take some brain power to make it silky smooth.)
So when can you play this marvel of text-game-pornography?
I will have something up by the first week of july.
