I will say it again:
YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING. ( Just the way you are!!!... Ok, too much.)
That's right all caps, because you deserve it
Why because I asked for some help with ideas and I thought maybe a few suggestions and of those I could use a few in the game, but I have, to say I WANT TO USE THEM ALL!
But I can't...
Also vacations are over for me, but I truly never had any,
but this is a good thing, since in my mornings I will be taking classes
and I have a few free periods I can put in some good hours every week in
the game..
So these are the ones that made the cut:
1) (American Gladiator): In the game will be a small weekly reality show on the internet, in the lines of American Gladiator and American Ninja Warrior. In the game it will be named THE AMERICAN MARVEL! Since it's on the internet it has no censorship and it is known to have some level of humiliation.
2) Body Guard: It's a secret. but this will take some fancy writing on my part.
3) I don't know why I didn't think of this! Sexy car wash, right? You guys are with me on the sexy car wash? I know you are.
4) There are some scenes attached to each trainer, the boxing will be a ring girl thing, the karate there will be some mock battles with consequences and the capoeira one it will be a twerking competition, NAH..., but it will de dance related.
There where so many good suggestions I wish I had the time to do them all. Thank you guys again.
I can't give you guys a dead line right now, so I will pull a blizzard card and say it will be done when it's done.
Yay! I was worried since you said a week and then you didn't show up for nearly two. Not trying to be yelling at you. I just have problems and I tend to assume the worst. So yay for you being ok!
ReplyDeleteAlso If you can also pull out the quality that Blizzard does feel free to play any of their cards. So long as you aren't copying the writing in D3. Tyreal you dumbass.
Is sexy car wash really a job? I mean it doesn't seem like it would be a consistent thing. Most are automated or self serve. It's only like high schoolers that wash cars by hand to raise money for clubs. At least in my part of the states.
It sounds like you are having delicious ideas for the American Marvel thing. I'm looking forward too it. Also how the body guard thing will play out. Will all of them keep leading to the main story or will they be off shoots?
Good enaugh for me, luck
ReplyDeleteGladiator: You can be either hostess or gladiator. Gladiator increases training, but is more prone to injuries and gets less fame (maybe less money too). Hostess gets more money and fame, but less training. Plus, more fame means more attention to embarrassing incidents. The gladiators like causing those for you. As hostess you have a weak voice, a loud crowd, and a crappy microphone, all of which mean your interviews with contestants (and gladiators) are rather intimate. Hands can wander. Part of hostess duties are demonstrating events. If you thought your hostess costume was revealing your demo costume is barely-there (you can negotiate this, but you get less money and fame for more modesty). Producers discourage you from truly trying, as that makes the event seem less challenging and can result in injury for you and gladiators. Demos tend to be embarrassing (close-ups between the legs for instance when your trying to climb over something), humiliating (wardrobe malfunctions), and can result in compromising situations (gladiators catching you in holds that puts your face in their crotch).
ReplyDeleteBody Guard: Part of being a body guard could be not appearing to be a body guard. Thus you are put in girlfriend situations where you have to act like such, perhaps. This might mean the client wants you in bed with him (and he happens to sleep in the nude) while you try to remain vigilant for his enemies potential attack. You aren't necessariliy guarding the same person every week. The people you are trying to thwart might do things like hit you with a pie instead of your client, or hit you with something that dissolves clothes.
Car Wash could be like a hybrid between a strip joint and a car wash, where you get a show for your car wash. Or, the cars go through a normal carwash with a show going on right in the middle. It's there so that the place doesn't get shut down by the cops. The car stops for a few minutes, or longer perhaps if they pay more. Your job is to keep them paying. That could mean going much farther than you mean to, and since it's not legal to begin with there aren't really any limits to how far you (or the client) can go. A hazard of the job (other than a group of over-eager guys with lots of money), is the vice squad catching on and busting you. Especially if you were willing to go all the way for the extra cash.
Training-related jobs: Boxing one puts you in contact with skilled, strong, arrogant, adrenaline-pumped and self-entitled boxers who might be willing to somehow help your career if you were to be extra nice to them. Or they could just be stringing you along. The Capoeira one sounds like your trainer could be getting lustful thoughts about you and encouraging you toward more erotic dancing. Heck, if you're gullible enough he might even be able to convince you that regular pole dancing is a great way to develop your flexibility and leg muscles. Not sure about the karate. Consequences like possible injury or possible connections, or wardrobe malfunctions, or special stage fights in revealing costumes with exaggerated and sexual moves? Could have a benefit of you getting cast in an 'action' movie.
I would like to say that I do not delete comments, any comment.
DeleteIs this a problem with blogspot?
Anyway, Linked this e-mail with my cell phone and read every comment.
Even the ones that blogspot erase.
I hate openid comments. They barely ever work for me. Midori hates em, Firefox too, now I'll try Chrome. Sorry if this spams you, daemonhany
ReplyDeleteWho's to say the protagonist isn't in college/university? It would explain the car wash job. She could be part of a sorority that does these events regularly, and might be a car wash one week, or a totally different fund-raiser (or initiation ritual). She could be as young as 18, thus explaining why a so-called professional fighter (or wannabe) is fighting in a bar. She's trying to get noticed, fighting in her spare time, hoping to make it big but in school as a sort of back-up. This could introduce the element of choosing grades vs fighting, and if she chooses fighting, how can she make up the slipping grades, or try to compensate? Tutoring, coming to an arrangement with a professor or teaching assistant? Cheating and getting answers from a shady element?
I would imagine that if she's fighting in a bar she'd be at least 21, but as long as she's not drinking she would probably be allowed as a fighter at a lower age as well.
I already played the club fight from magma you are develomping from there? can you give some link? tnx
ReplyDeleteI'm not picking up where he left off the people that played described as a "inspired by".
